After building customer success from the ground up at an early-stage startup, Melanie made the jump to FullStory in 2017. At FullStory, she helped lead a cross-functional initiative to revamp user on-boarding and kicked off operational efforts to align Sales, Marketing, and Hugging (that's FullStory's humble but magical combination of Support, Customer Success, and Product Management) as a single-growth unit, with shared mantras, united around the customer experience. Today she works as a member of the Product Marketing practice and continues to own the success of the trial experience.
